Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Esmeray Marguerite. We want you to be happy with your order. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Physical products shipped directly by us (e.g., signed books, bundles, or merchandise): Returns are accepted within [2 days] of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Print-on-demand or third-party fulfillment items (e.g., custom merchandise): These items are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, downloads).

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or signed items (unless damaged/defective).

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
